For project development services, we respect and protect our clients' intellectual property. All client-provided materials and developed work remain the property of the client upon completion and payment of all fees.

Our fees for services are outlined in our service descriptions and proposals. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are quoted in USD or as otherwise specified.
Payment schedules will be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. Typically, projects require an initial deposit with subsequent payments based on project milestones.
Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
Refund policies are specific to each service type and will be detailed in service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, but we strive to address fair refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BJJGTY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BJJGTY and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation:
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, disclaimer of warranties, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
